“A week with surprises, laughter, a village fortune teller, and true appreciation… AS YOU WISH!”

How it works

The week unfolds 2 short chapters per day, as it highlights the familiar moments every nurse and staff member will recognize: choosing the profession, preparing for it, surviving the early years, and continuing on even when it wasn’t easy.

The thing is, nobody was there to thank them for those moments in real life… but now you’ll get to do just that!

While the story will be the shared experience that has everyone talking and wondering what comes next, the games and activities are some of the funniest we’ve ever made and serve to give the week the prefect balance.

You get to pick the ones you like for your building, layering in as many as you like, keeping it small or going big. All are created to make the week more fun without adding any work or time to anyone’s already busy plate. Options include:

• Visit the Village Fortune Teller - “Madame Claire knows many things!”

• The Fairy Godmother Ticket Game - Multiplies the appreciation allowing everyone to get into the act

• Catch the Gingerbread Man… Wait, is that him driving a remote controlled car?!!

• The Enchanted Breakfast - “Enchanted,” of course, with the gentle spirits of concerned parents who just want everyone to eat a proper breakfast

• The Magic Bean Growing Contest - Pick a good one. It’s not our fault if your magic bean decides not to grow.

• If We Could Wave a Wand - An opportunity to truly help improve small details for your staff

• “Slay the Drag-on” Podcast Comedy Routine - If the week starts to “drag on”, it’s time for jokes that truly “slay.”

• And of course, “Sure, I’ll take my chances kissing that frog.”

Each can run independently. You simply decide which you like to include in your week.

How much time or extra money is involved?

The instructions take 35 minutes to review and customize the story. Everything is designed to be extremely easy.

You can have an amazing week simply by emailing the story chapters and thank you notes each day (how easy is that!), or you can decide to start layering in as many of the games and activities to go as big as you like. You are in control.

One person can run the entire week, or it can be shared across a team. There are no meetings, no schedule changes, and no pressure to do it all. The story carries the week, and the fun follows naturally.
