The game will have your office laughing, sending hilarious videos and texts, and trading anonymous acts of kindness to bring the whole week together. It’s just the unexpected fun your office needs to boost spirits and help get through the long winter.

The game runs for 4 days in the background of any normal workweek, instantly injecting laughter and energy.
You’re always in control. We’ll assign one person to be the “Game Master” and help behind the scenes. Don’t worry, this is easy and mostly involves editing the challenges to make sure they are right for your office.
Players get to spin our online wheel once each day. The wheel lands on either a prize or a daily challenge to earn points towards becoming the ultimate winner.
The challenges are the heart of the game because you never know what you are going to land on. They are off-the-wall, hilarious, and often heartfelt. Mini-marshmallow fights, The Masked Singer, Iron Chef Jenga… We work anything and everything into your game to bring laughter and fun to your week.
You get to edit everything, deleting any you don’t like, and customizing the funniest ones to make them even better.
Right away you’ll be automatically taken to a customization page where you fill out 6 questions describing your office/situation. We take that information and create a custom game for you that is delivered via email within 24 hours.
You read through the instructions, edit challenges, and decide when you want to start the game. If at any time you need to cancel, refunds are as easy as requesting via email.

Smart Team Building is a staff appreciation, team building, and morale club.
